Responsibilities

• Support Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in daily operation and work.
• Follow menu specifications and maintain hygiene in the work area.
• Control food stock and food cost in your section.
• Prepare daily mis-en-place and production in main kitchen or satellites.
• Follow instructions from superiors to complete daily tasks.
• Maintain high standards and update knowledge on new products, recipes, and techniques.
• Coordinate with other sections to meet requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
