Responsibilities

• Support the Demi Chef de Partie or Commis I in the daily operation.
• Prepare the daily mise-en-place and food production in the main kitchen or satellites.
• Keep the work area hygienic according to hotel standards.
• Control food stock and cost in your section.
• Follow the instructions of immediate Superiors to complete daily tasks.
• Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in daily preparations.
• Coordinate with other sections on cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
