Candidates should have at least 1 year in a similar role and a solid grasp of food safety practices.

The Commis Chef is responsible for preparing and delivering consistently high-quality food within the assigned kitchen section while ensuring adherence to Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Villas' policies and procedures.

The role is responsible for delivering courteous, professional, and efficient service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while consistently meeting guest expectations and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of work experience as a Commis Chef or as an Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with high standards, would be an advantage.
• Basic culinary skills.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
