Job summary

Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi is hiring a Commis Chef to join our culinary team. You will support line cooks with prep and cooking, ensuring quality and consistency in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.

Ideal candidates have basic culinary skills, good hygiene knowledge and 1 year of Commis Chef experience or 2 years as an apprentice in hospitality. This is an hourly, entry-level role with a full-time schedule in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• 1 year work experience as Commis Chef or 2 years as Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with good standards.
• Basic Culinary skills.
• Good hygiene knowledge.
