Grand Hyatt Dubai is seeking a Commis Chef - Commissary to join our culinary team. The role focuses on preparing a consistent, high quality food product while supporting the outlets' operating concept to Hyatt International standards.

You will work to maintain courteous, professional service, demonstrating flexibility and adherence to hygiene and quality requirements in a fast-paced hotel environment in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 1 year work experience as Commis Chef or 2 years as Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with good standards.
• Basic culinary skills and good hygiene knowledge are required.
