IHG Hotels & Resorts in Dubai Festival City is seeking a Commis 1 - Bakery for F&B preparation within a luxury hotel environment. The role involves preparing all mise-en-place for daily operations, maintaining hygiene, and delivering high-quality service to guests and colleagues in a premier hospitality setting.

Candidates with experience in luxury restaurants or 5* hotels, strong communication, and a commitment to top-quality food will thrive.

• Must have similar experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment
• Must have strong communication skills
• Committed to serving food of the highest quality

Responsabilités

• Prepares mise-en-place for day-to-day operation
• Maintains a healthy and hygienic work area
• Communicates politely and display courtesy to guests and colleagues
• Supports team with mise-en-place and storage pick ups
• Communicates to superior any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information
• Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
• Prepares in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service
• Cleans and re-sets his/her working area
• Implements hotel and department regulations, policies and procedures
