Job summary

Edenred UAE, a leading payroll and fintech solutions provider, seeks a Commercial/Operations professional to steward end-to-end deals from qualification to live client. You will coordinate across sales, account management, product, compliance, legal, operations and finance to keep actions moving and ensure accurate reporting.

You will cover for Account Managers, manage client escalations, and support banking and Exchange House partnerships to unlock timely salary payments and mobile wallet

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial roles such as sales operations or account management.
• Understanding of pricing, contract terms, approvals, onboarding and revenue recognition.
• Ability to operate within a defined mandate and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end commercial deal from qualified opportunity to signed client, coordinating across sales, account management, product, compliance, legal, operations and finance.
• Cover for Account Managers, handle escalations, and provide a clear position on return.
• Keep sales live opportunities moving and respond to client requests to avoid stalls.
• Support exchanges with partners and banking relationships; escalate when needed.
• Maintain a single clear view of the portfolio: pipeline, renewals, escalations, and at-risk accounts for reporting to the Commercial Director.
• Analyze why accounts grow or slip and offer actionable recommendations.
• Adhere to delegated authority; know what you can decide and what to escalate.
• Ensure commitments to clients are deliverable and priced correctly with Compliance/Legal early in the process.
• Keep CRM and commercial records accurate for reliable reporting.
• Support onboarding of new clients and partners; ensure smooth handover from sales to account management.
