Job summary

Edenred UAE is seeking a proactive account coordination specialist to support a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring smooth payroll onboarding and ongoing service. You will liaise with client HR, finance and payroll teams, collect KYB/KYC docs, and help drive adoption of Edenred UAE’s payroll and wallet services.

With 1+ years in customer service or sales support, you are organized, communicative and ready to grow with a fast-growing fintech unit in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong communication and people skills, with genuine enthusiasm for helping clients.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle several tasks and follow through reliably.
• A fast learner who is self-motivated and comfortable asking for guidance when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of an assigned group of corporate clients, acting as a reliable point of contact for routine queries and building rapport with client teams.
• Assist with onboarding new accounts — collecting KYB and KYC documents, preparing paperwork, and helping clients get set up to process salaries accurately and on time.
• Help client HR, finance and payroll teams use the Payroll Portal for everyday tasks, escalating anything complex to a senior account manager.
• Log and follow up on escalations affecting clients’ employees or their payroll processing, coordinating with internal teams and keeping the client updated until resolved.
• Support field visits and on-site training for client employees to drive adoption of value added services (money transfer, mobile recharge, bill payments and card services).
• Help grow accounts by encouraging app registrations and card activations, and flagging cross-sell opportunities to the account manager.
• Gather referrals from satisfied clients and pass qualified leads to the account management and sales teams.
• Keep client records, activity logs and account data accurate and up to date in the CRM.
• Prepare simple reports on account activity and portfolio health for the wider team.
• Learn our products and the WPS / payroll landscape quickly, building toward managing your own portfolio.

YOUR PROFILE

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination or a similar client-facing role; recent graduates with a relevant internship are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and people skills, with genuine enthusiasm for helping clients.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle several tasks and follow through reliably.
• A fast learner who is self-motivated and comfortable asking for guidance when needed.
• Comfortable with occasional field visits; a valid UAE driver’s license and own car is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); CRM experience is a plus.
• An interest in payments, fintech or financial services, and in building a career in account management.
