Job summary

Edenred UAE is seeking a Field Officer to support our payroll and card services, driving financial inclusion and customer onboarding in Dubai. You will distribute cards, collect KYC, and train cardholders on app usage and services including C3Pay.

Responsibilities include remittance visits on salary days, marketing support, fraud awareness sessions, and trainingPayroll teams on VAS offerings. Multilingual communication and MS Office proficiency are advantageous for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Commerce.
• Experience as a field officer in banking products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Multilingual abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Distribute cards, and collect KYC of the authorized individuals, ensuring compliance.
• Onboard cardholders to the app and educate about products and card usage.
• Provide financial inclusion training to onboard new users to the C3Pay app.
• Assist cardholders with day-to-day issues related to their card or mobile app.
• Remittance visits on salary days to help transfer money via C3Pay.
• Support marketing campaigns for C3Pay awareness and events.
• Conduct fraud awareness trainings at employee residences.
• Provide corporate VAS training to Payroll and welfare teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Distribute cards, and collect KYC of the authorized individuals, ensuring we comply with mandatory compliance regulations.
• Onboard cardholders to our app, educate about the products and services along with the proper usage of the card.
• Financial inclusion training for cardholders to onboard new users to the C3Pay app and assist cardholders with day-to-day issues related to their card or mobile app.
• Remittance visits on salary days to assist cardholders to transfer money through C3Pay App.
• Marketing campaigns for C3Pay product service awareness, award ceremonies at employee residences.
• Conduct fraud awareness trainings at employee residence.
• Corporate VAS Training presentation to Payroll and welfare team.

Required Skills & Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Commerce.
• Demonstrable experience as a field officer in any banking product.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Multi language speaker.
• Microsoft Office skills.
