Job summary

Savile Lloyd invites applications for a Commercial Manager with extensive fit-out project experience. You will oversee multiple packages, exercising full commercial control from pre-contract through to post-contract and claims, reporting to senior commercial leaders.

The ideal candidate should come from interiors/fit-out/subcontracting, hold a relevant degree, and have worked in a high-end construction environment. Dubai current location preferred; UK candidates will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Take full commercial control of the project, including pre-contract, post-contract and claims
• Manage multiple packages reporting to the Divisional Manager and Commercial Manager for the Specialist Division

Our client, a leading Contractor with a strong presence within the UAE construction market is currently seeking a Commercial Manager with vast experience in fit out projects.

You will be responsible for a number of packages with direct reporting to the Divisional Manager and Commercial Manager for the Specialist Division. Duties will include taking full commercial control of the project whilst utilising skills in pre-contract, post-contract and claims.

The ideal candidate will:

• Come from an interiors/fit-out/subcontracting background
• Have a relevant degree qualification
• Experience working in a high‑end construction environment
• Have current occupation in Dubai but candidates working in the UK will also be suitable
