Job summary

Augustus Media Holdings Ltd in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth leader to define and execute our digital media commercial strategy, targeting revenue growth and profitability across GCC markets.

You will drive upsell/cross-sell, lead pricing development, manage key client relationships, negotiate contracts and LTAs, and oversee paid media performance with cross-functional teams to maximize ROI and client satisfaction.

Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth

• Develop and implement the Publisher's digital media commercial strategy to achieve revenue targets and profitability.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in local and Regional markets (GCC).
• Drive upselling and cross-selling strategies across client portfolios to grow account revenues.
• Lead pricing strategy development for media services, ensuring competitive positioning and margin optimization.

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary commercial liaison for key clients, building and maintaining long-term partnerships.
• Oversee negotiation of media contracts, partnerships, and service agreements with clients and suppliers.
• Build and manage Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) with key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial, strategic partnerships that provide consistent revenue streams.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction, translating into account retention and growth.
• Provide clients with Post Campaign reports & data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Media Planning & Operations

• Oversee the commercial performance of paid media campaigns across all major digital platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams (Media Planners, Buyers, Account Managers, Content Writer, Video Editors & Graphic Designers) to ensure media strategies align with client objectives.
• Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and platform updates to inform go-to-market and media investment strategies.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and mentor a team of Commercial Executives, and Account Managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
