Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.

• Strong background in lump sum and Design & Build contracts.
• Experience managing multiple packages and subcontractor negotiations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead commercial teams on fast-paced interior schemes.
• Strong client-facing and negotiation skills.
• Commercially astute with strong analytical and reporting capability.

• Preparation and management of budgets, cost plans, and cashflow forecasts
• Procurement and appointment of specialist subcontractors

• Commercial reporting to senior management
• Leadership and mentoring of project-based commercial staff

Job Description

The Commercial Manager will lead the commercial function across multiple live fit-out projects in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

You will oversee full project lifecycle commercial management, reporting directly to senior leadership, and working closely with project directors, site teams, and clients. The role requires strong leadership capability, robust contractual awareness, and the ability to manage fast-paced interior fit-out programmes.

Projects will typically involve CAT A and CAT B fit-outs, refurbishment schemes, and high-specification workplace environments.
