Job summary

Atkins Realis Group seeks a Commercial Manager in Abu Dhabi to oversee contracts and commercial aspects of road and infrastructure projects. You will manage terms with clients, consultants and contractors, monitor budgets, and prepare claims and change orders.

You will apply FIDIC/NEC knowledge, provide commercial guidance to project teams, and ensure compliance with legal obligations while maintaining records and reporting financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Law, or related field.
• Proven experience in contract management and commercial roles within road and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, or other standard forms of construction contracts.
• Proficiency in contract administration, claims management, and dispute resolution.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong financial acumen and cost-control expertise.
• Ability to interpret legal documents and contractual obligations.
• Effective leadership and team management skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
