Job summary

Sinyar Property Management seeks a senior Commercial & Contracts Manager to lead all commercial and contractual activities across construction projects. You will drive cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while overseeing contracts, claims, variations, and final accounts.

Ensure strict adherence to FIDIC terms and contractual obligations. The role requires UAE/GCC construction experience, excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills, and is suitable for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying is required.
• 15+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, cost management, claims, and commercial operations.
• UAE/GCC construction experience is mandatory.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Immediate joiners or short notice periods preferred.
