Job summary

ULTIMATE HUMAN RESOURCES SOLUTIONS LLC in Dubai seeks a Contract Administration professional to support the Commercial Contract Department on road and infrastructure projects. You will assist with contract and sub-contract administration, variations, claims and final accounts in line with company procedures and project requirements.

The role requires knowledge of contract administration techniques, cost control basics, and strong communication with site teams to ensure deliverables meet budget

Qualifications

  • Professional qualification/Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering or Contract Administration.
  • Sufficient knowledge of Contract Administration techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of Cost Control and Cost Management.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Office, Projects, AutoCAD, Primavera.
  • Commercial and market awareness.
  • Experience in Road/Infrastructure projects (preferred).
  • Higher qualification in Contract Administration (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Contract Laws.
  • Environmental awareness training.
  • Sound knowledge of company generic risk assessment, safe systems of work, and effective usage of PPE.
  • Holder of UAE valid Driving License.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Commercial Contract Department in all contractual and commercial activities related to Road and Infrastructure Projects.
  • Ensure proper administration of Contract Agreements, Sub-Contract Agreements, Variations, Claims and Payment processes in line with company procedures and project requirements.
  • Ensure contractual compliance and commercial control across assigned projects in line with Business Unit objectives.
  • Communicate regularly with project and site teams to align contractual deliverables with budgetary and program targets.
  • Communicate with project and commercial teams to ensure all contractual and commercial objectives are aligned with Business Unit targets through coordination meetings and progress reviews.
  • Support the Commercial Contract Manager in managing contract and subcontract administration including preparation of contractual correspondences, variation submissions and final accounts.
