Job summary

TalentPool is partnering with a founder-led US beauty startup, based in Dubai, seeking a Commercial & Growth Director to lead international expansion. You will shape the commercial engine, drive go-to-market strategy, and scale revenue across DTC, retail and wholesale channels.

You will own brand leadership, partnerships, and data-driven performance, collaborating with founders and senior leadership in a fast-paced, investment-backed environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years scaling high-growth consumer brands (beauty, wellness, lifestyle, FMCG, DTC).
• Experience expanding brands internationally and building go-to-market strategies.
• Strong commercial acumen with data-led decision making and performance metrics.

What you’ll lead

Commercial Strategy & Business Growth

Set the commercial vision, build the growth plan, identify new revenue streams and shape the long‑term direction of the brand.

Sales & Distribution Expansion

Drive DTC, retail, wholesale and international growth. Open new markets, secure strategic partners and build scalable distribution models.

Brand & Marketing Leadership

Define brand positioning, lead go‑to‑market strategy, oversee creative, digital and PR partners, and ensure marketing investment drives measurable impact.

Go‑to‑Market & Commercial Partnerships

Launch new products, build commercial frameworks, and create partnerships that accelerate global reach.

Business Performance & Value Creation

Use data, insight and commercial judgement to drive sustainable growth, profitability and enterprise value.
