You will lead multi-channel sales, craft strategic plans, and partner with marketing, operations and procurement to maximize revenue. The role requires a 10+ year track record in sales leadership, strong negotiation and strategic planning, and the ability to build teams, measure performance, and deliver sustained profitability across retail, distribution, and fitness

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record.
• Demonstrated success in managing multi-million-dirham sales operations.
• Experience in retail, distribution, consumer products, or the fitness industry.
• Strong understanding of UAE, Saudi Arabia, and GCC markets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Commercially focused, analytical, and hands-on approach.
• Proven ability to build teams, execute strategies, and deliver measurable results.
