Active Fitness Store Llc. in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior sales leader to drive growth across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and GCC markets.

You will lead multi-channel sales, craft strategic plans, and partner with marketing, operations and procurement to maximize revenue. The role requires a 10+ year track record in sales leadership, strong negotiation and strategic planning, and the ability to build teams, measure performance, and deliver sustained profitability across retail, distribution, and fitness

Qualifications

10+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record.
Demonstrated success in managing multi-million-dirham sales operations.
Experience in retail, distribution, consumer products, or the fitness industry.
Strong understanding of UAE, Saudi Arabia, and GCC markets.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Commercially focused, analytical, and hands-on approach.
Proven ability to build teams, execute strategies, and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales growth strategies across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and other GCC markets.
Drive revenue across retail stores e-commerce B2B and commercial fitness projects.
Lead mentor and develop high-performing sales teams.
Identify new business opportunities strategic partnerships and distribution channels.
Improve sales conversion productivity and profitability.
Establish sales KPIs forecasting and performance reporting.
Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Procurement teams to maximize business growth.
Support market expansion and the development of new product categories.
