Job summary

Ghobash Trading & Investment in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Commercial Leader to define and execute the growth strategy across energy, industrials and infrastructure. You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee portfolio expansion, and drive profitable, diversified growth.

You will engage with key clients and partners, shape governance, pricing discipline, and bid approvals, and monitor KPIs with a rolling 3-to-5 year roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial leadership, business growth, or strategic roles.
• Extensive experience working within the UAE or GCC markets.
• Proven experience in managing or influencing P&L performance.
• Deep industry experience in EPC, industrial services, energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to evaluate financial and operational performance and manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
