Job summary

Edenred UAE, a fast-growing payroll service provider, seeks a commercial operations professional to manage end-to-end deals across direct sales and banking partners. You will coordinate with account management, compliance, legal, operations and finance to ensure timely, accurate delivery.

This role supports the Commercial Director, maintains a clear view of the portfolio, and handles escalations to keep deals moving while preventing stalls.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of how a commercial deal is constructed: pricing, terms, approvals.
• Experience with onboarding and revenue recognition processes.
• Ability to escalate and resolve issues within defined mandates.
• Strong CRM discipline and portfolio-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial deal from qualified opportunity to signed client, coordinating across teams.
• Cover for Account Managers when unavailable and provide clear position on returns.
• Drive live opportunities and respond to client requests to avoid stalls.
• Act as day-to-day contact for Exchange House partners and support banking relationships.
• Maintain a single, accurate view of the portfolio and report to the Commercial Director on cadence.
• Explain account movements, spot recurring issues, and offer concrete recommendations.
• Operate within delegated authority and escalate where needed.
• Ensure commitments to clients are deliverable and priced correctly with Compliance input.
• Keep CRM and records up to date for reliable forecasting.
• Support onboarding of new clients and handover from sales to account management.
