Job description

The Operations Director is responsible for fostering strong relationships with government agencies and overseeing company procedures in CBC group, UAE, KSA and other jurisdictions. Ensure compliance with regulations, manage licensing processes, and maintain accurate client records. Lead and motivate the Client Relationship team, develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and provide training opportunities for continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal teams, handle client onboarding, and uphold the company's reputation through exceptional service delivery. This role has ownership of leading the operations team and overseeing compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting, monitoring, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly operations team targets
• Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly operations team reports for the Commercial Director
• Creating and implementing an annual operations team strategy plan
• Formulating and reviewing various projects as directed by the Commercial Director and creating SOPs for each project
• Identifying and maintaining key strategic partnerships and stakeholders to achieve annual operation targets in the UAE, KSA and other jurisdictions
• Contributing to decision making and implementing best practices across the company as a member of the leadership team
• Reviewing and ensuring the CRM system is updated for all client projects in the UAE, KSA, and other jurisdictions
• Accountable for the execution of company incorporations, amendments, and government liaison applications in the UAE, KSA, and other jurisdictions
• Management of all Client Relationship and admin support staff and Public Relations officers

Experience and education

• Experience in team management and leadership
• Degree qualified in business administration, compliance, or relevant field
• 10+ years working in corporate services or professional services within UAE, KSA
• Proven operational, project management and customer support record for 3 years
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho)
• UAE, Saudi Arabia and wider GCC market knowledge
