Job summary

Chalhoub Group in the UAE is preparing the CBCC launch as an extension of the MUSE loyalty program. The role oversees day-to-day coordination, with a strong focus on CVP and launch readiness to ensure a smooth go-live.

Working closely with senior leaders, you will drive the CVP, coordinate onboarding, training, and activation plans, and ensure achievement of card sales targets while managing cross-functional dependencies.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating a product or program launch, ideally in loyalty, cards or financial services.
• Experience in a multi-brand environment, shaping a customer value proposition (CVP).
• Strong commercial acumen with business sense.
• Excellent operational and organizational skills; able to drive delivery across teams without formal authority.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Preferably UAE market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support the PMP team on the CBCC UAE launch plan and timeline once the partnership is finalized, tracking milestones, dependencies and cross-functional readiness through to go-live.
• Lead the day-to-day development of the CBCC customer value proposition (CVP) — card benefits, rewards mechanics and points integration with MUSE.
• Coordinate operational readiness across functions ahead of launch: customer onboarding/application journey, servicing processes, payment operations and MUSE points integration.
• Work on developing and executing all BTL/ activation plans including training in stores for CBCC.
• Act as a single point of contact for retail teams on all training and support related activities.
