Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Dubai is seeking a proactive launch and CVP specialist to support the CBCC UAE launch plan, track milestones, and ensure cross-functional readiness. You will lead CVP development, including card benefits and rewards mechanics, and coordinate onboarding, servicing, and payment operations across teams.

You will also develop BTL/activation plans and in-store training, serving as the primary contact for retail teams' training and support needs in a fast-paced luxury retail

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating a product or program launch, ideally in loyalty, cards, or financial services.
• Experience shaping a customer value proposition (CVP) in a multi-brand environment.
• Strong operational and organizational skills to drive delivery across teams.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Commercial acumen with a market-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of the UAE market is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the PMP team on the CBCC UAE launch plan and timeline, tracking milestones and cross-functional readiness.
• Lead the day-to-day development of the CBCC customer value proposition (CVP), including card benefits and rewards mechanics.
• Coordinate operational readiness across functions, including customer onboarding, servicing processes, and payment operations.
• Develop and execute BTL/activation plans, including in-store training.
• Act as a single point of contact for retail teams regarding training and support activities.
