Accor is seeking a Cluster E-Commerce Manager to develop, implement and optimize the hotel portfolio's online revenue, direct bookings and digital presence across the cluster. You will collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing and hotel leadership to ensure digital initiatives support commercial goals and brand standards.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or online distribution, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong understanding of hotel e-commerce, direct booking strategies and website conversion optimization.
• Analytical, commercial, communication and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Drive eCommerce and Direct Booking Performance by improving brand website and microsite performance.
• Maintain engaging hotel content including room descriptions, imagery and booking information.
• Review mobile and desktop booking journeys to fix issues affecting guest experience.
• Coordinate website/landing page updates and promotional content with marketing brand teams.
• Review website traffic, conversions and source markets to recommend actions.
• Coordinate SEO recommendations and website improvements within brand guidelines.

Formação académica

Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline
