Job summary

Novotel Hotels in Dubai is seeking a Cluster E-Commerce Manager to lead online revenue initiatives across the portfolio. You will develop and implement e-commerce strategies to maximise direct bookings and improve the online guest journey.

You will collaborate with Revenue, Sales, Marketing and hotel leadership to ensure brand standards, digital guidelines and commercial objectives are met, while optimizing distribution, campaigns and performance reporting across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or online distribution.
• Hospitality industry experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of direct booking strategies and website conversion.

Responsibilities

• Drive direct bookings and optimize brand website and microsites.
• Collaborate with Marketing to maintain accurate hotel content and offers.
• Review booking journeys and resolve usability issues.
• Coordinate SEO and content updates with brand teams.
• Monitor OTA performance and manage distribution channels.
• Analyze KPI data and implement actions to improve revenue.
