Job summary

Alibaba Cloud UAE is seeking a Business Development Manager based in Dubai. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth strategy in a fast-paced cloud environment.

Responsibilities include owning revenue, managing pipelines, leading client meetings, and negotiating deals to meet targets, while collaborating with architects to fit offerings into client architectures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related field in the Middle East market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Understanding of Cloud and Hybrid Cloud tech (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle, Alibaba Cloud, VMware).

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients in various industries.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure growth.
• Lead client meetings and presentations to promote Alibaba Cloud services.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Work with Alibaba Cloud Architect team to tailor offerings to customer IT environments.
• Escalate issues with service teams and review performance for key accounts.
