Job summary

TradesApp seeks an early-career Cloud & AI Business Development Associate in Dubai to support growth of its technology solutions. The role blends technical learning with customer engagement, market development and commercial activities.

Ideal candidates have a CS/IT background and 1–3 years of experience in technology, AI, cloud, SaaS or IT services. You will work with sales, product and technical teams to position cloud and AI offerings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical discipline.
1–3 years of experience in technology, AI, cloud, SaaS, IT services or a similar environment.
Foundational understanding of AI and cloud technologies.
Interest in emerging technologies and technology-led business models.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to learn technical products and explain concepts clearly to customers.
Commercially curious, proactive and interested in developing within the AI and cloud technology space.

Responsibilities

Support the promotion and business development of cloud and AI solutions.
Research market trends, customer needs and potential business opportunities.
Engage with prospective customers and partners to understand their requirements.
Help position MaaS (Model as a Service) offerings based on customer needs.
Support product presentations, customer meetings and solution discussions.
Collaborate with technical teams to understand and communicate solution capabilities.
Maintain records of prospects, customer interactions and business opportunities.
Assist with ongoing customer follow-ups and relationship management.
Keep up to date with developments in AI, cloud infrastructure and cloud services.
