Job summary

Urban Ridge Supplies in Dubai seeks an early‑career Cloud & AI Business Development Executive to join an international technology environment. You will blend technology, customer engagement and business development across cloud, AI and MaaS.

The role involves researching prospects, engaging with customers, supporting meetings and solution discussions, and keeping pipelines up to date. Bachelor degree in CS/IT and 1–3 years in tech preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
1–3 years of experience in tech, cloud, AI, SaaS, or IT solutions.
Basic understanding of cloud computing, AI or MaaS.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts for customers.

Responsibilities

Support business development initiatives across cloud, AI and related technology solutions.
Research and identify prospective customers, partners and business opportunities.
Engage with prospects to understand their business and technology requirements.
Assist with client meetings, presentations and solution discussions.
Develop knowledge of cloud platforms, AI solutions and MaaS (Model as a Service).
Work closely with technical and commercial teams to support customer requirements.
Maintain opportunity pipelines, customer information and follow-up activities.
Monitor developments and emerging trends across cloud computing, AI and cloud services.
