Job summary

Prosper Health in Dubai is seeking a recruiter to source and hire psychologists and therapists passionate about serving neurodivergent adults. You will build relationships with healthcare professionals, manage the full recruiting process, and collaborate with the clinical team to meet specialty requirements.

Responsibilities include tracking candidates, verifying credentials and licenses, maintaining the ATS, and developing improved recruiting solutions in a fast-paced, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive bias for action and sense of urgency.
• High level of organization and attention to detail regarding clinical licenses.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or similar.
