Job summary

Diana Health is seeking a healthcare recruiter to attract CNMs, WHNPs, OB/GYNs and other clinical providers, running targeted outreach and tracking conversions.

You will conduct structured screens for licensure, availability, and compensation, deliver polished candidate summaries to recruiters using Greenhouse scorecards, and help maintain ATS data and candidate communications.

• Familiar with talent pipelines and outreach strategies

• Attract CNMs, WHNPs, OB/GYNs, PAs, and other clinical providers via LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche clinical communities
• Run targeted outreach campaigns and track conversion rates
• Conduct structured initial screens covering licensure, availability, and compensation
• Deliver polished candidate summaries to recruiters using standardized scorecards in Greenhouse
• Maintain consistent candidate communication and ensure ATS data is up-to-date
• Support physician sourcing efforts as directed

Requirements

• At least 1 year of women's health experience
• Expertise with CNMs, OB/GYNs, WHNPs, and other women's health related roles
• 3-5 years of recruitment or sourcing experience
• Experience with pipeline creation
• Prior work in start-up spaces with KPI structures preferred
