Sharif Eye Centers in Dubai Healthcare City seeks an experienced Clinic Operations Manager to lead the eye center's daily operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and high-quality service. You will supervise clinical, reception, and administrative teams, manage doctors' schedules, staffing, and resources, and drive continuous improvements while ensuring DHCC compliance.

The role requires ophthalmology/eye-care operations experience and fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Qualificações

• Previous ophthalmology/eye-care operations experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience in clinic or healthcare operations management.
• Strong knowledge of DHCC regulations and licensing procedures.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily clinical and administrative operations of the eye center and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Lead and supervise clinical, reception, and administrative teams.
• Monitor operational performance, productivity, patient flow, and KPIs.
• Manage doctors schedules, staffing, and resource utilization.
• Ensure full compliance with Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) regulations, licensing requirements, and quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with medical, HR, finance, marketing, and other departments.
• Identify operational gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of patient experience, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare regular operational and performance reports for senior management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in ophthalmology / eye-care operations is mandatory.
• Proven experience in clinic or healthcare operations management.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with DHCC regulations and licensing procedures is highly preferred.
