Joint Space Polyclinic LLC in the UAE seeks an experienced operations leader to run a multi-disciplinary clinic. You will manage practitioner schedules, patient journey from enquiry to care completion, reception and front of house, and relationships with suppliers while ensuring financial discipline.

You will oversee monthly accounts, budgeting, cash flow, and rebooking/conversion targets, reporting directly to the CEO and coordinating with Clinical and Medical Directors.

Qualifikationen

• Experience running a healthcare operation in the UAE or Gulf region.
• Track record of establishing operational excellence with measurable business results.
• Experience managing a site budget and clinic operations.
• Familiarity with DHA licensing in practice.
• Comfortable with numbers and day-to-day management.

• Manage clinic operations including practitioner schedules and utilization.
• Oversee patient journey from first enquiry through end of care, and front of house.
• Manage suppliers and weekly rhythms.
• Handle monthly accounts with the accountant, budgeting, cash flow, and rebooking/conversion.
• Report to the CEO, with clinic teams reporting to you; coordinate with Clinical Director and Medical Director.
