Job summary

Viory is looking for a Customer Success Associate to ensure a seamless client experience across our products and services in Abu Dhabi. You will serve as the central liaison between clients and internal teams, supporting satisfaction, retention and growth through onboarding, responsive service, accurate client records, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing and other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Media, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role; media experience is a plus.
• Able to adapt to a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Proactive troubleshooting and coordinating timely solutions.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries and help clients access live coverage and services.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, KYC, compliance, and contract documentation.
• Assist with client outreach, lead tracking, follow-ups, and content requests.
• Maintain accurate client records and deal progress in the CRM.
• Coordinate content requests and cross-departmental support with Sales, Marketing, IT, Licensing.
• Track content usage, platform activity, and contribute to reporting and projects.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Viory’s news output, products, and services.
