Job summary

Dominion Markets is seeking a Sales & Client Retention Executive to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on acquiring, onboarding, and supporting clients while driving engagement and retention in a target-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years in Forex/CFD sales or client retention, with strong CRM and trading platform experience (MT5/cTrader). Fluency in English is essential, with Arabic/Russian a plus. Competitive compensation and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in the Forex, CFD, online trading, or brokerage industry.
• Experience in Forex/CFD Sales, Client Retention, Account Management, or Business Development is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of Forex & CFD products, financial markets, and online trading environments.
• Experience with MT5, cTrader, or other relevant trading platforms.
• Experience using CRM systems and managing leads and follow-ups.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, onboard, and support new and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive engagement and retention.
• Conduct regular client follow-ups and re-engage inactive or dormant clients.
• Assist clients with account setup, trading platforms, and general platform-related queries.
• Provide accurate, company-approved information regarding products and services.
• Handle general client enquiries and escalate withdrawals, payments, complaints, and other sensitive matters to the relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate client records, follow-ups, and activities within the CRM.
• Achieve assigned sales, conversion, and retention targets.
• Follow company policies and applicable KYC, AML/CFT, and compliance requirements.
