Job summary

ADIB Group is seeking a Customer Relationship Officer- Buffer to support deposit and finance account documentation, inquiry handling, and cross-selling ADIB products. • Broad knowledge of ADIB's Retail Banking products and services.
• Thorough knowledge of ADIB's Retail Credit & Operational Policies and Procedures.
• Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations and risks.
• Understanding AML regulations issued by UAE authorities.

Responsibilities

• Deposit account documentation; handle inquiries and ensure forms comply with KYC/CB rules.
• Finance account documentation; maintain customer files and process finance/card applications.
• Sales and service delivery management; promote ADIB products and image.
• Staff management and coordination; plan training and appraisals.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
