Job summary

ADIB Group is seeking a Customer Relationship Officer- Buffer to support deposit and finance account documentation, inquiry handling, and cross-selling ADIB products. The role requires strong knowledge of UAE banking regulations and AML controls, with responsibilities spanning documentation, customer file maintenance, and service delivery management.

Responsibilities

• Deposit account documentation; handle inquiries and ensure forms comply with KYC/CB rules.
• Finance account documentation; maintain customer files and process finance/card applications.

• Staff management and coordination; plan training and appraisals.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Role: Customer Relationship Officer- Buffer
Location: RB- Alain Region
Role Purpose:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deposit account documentation. Handle inquiries related to deposit accounts. Opening and closing of deposit accounts ensure proper completion of forms observe KYC policies and CB instructions.
• Finance account documentation. Handle inquiries related to finance and covered cards proper maintenance of customer files prepare finance applications and obtain necessary approvals input of data in the system ensure proper completion of forms.
• Sales-Management of service delivery. Sell and cross sell ADIBs products and promote ADIBs image
• Staff Management and coordination. Management of subordinates plan their trainingand appraisal.
• Perform other task specified by Management.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

• Broad knowledge of ADIBs Retail Banking financial products & services
