Job summary

Ultimate Performance Dubai is seeking a Client & Relations Manager to drive revenue growth and exceptional client experiences. You will own the full sales funnel from enquiry to onboarding, working with Gym Managers and Trainers to ensure high standards and strong partnerships.

The role emphasizes developing local business partnerships, lead generation, and retention initiatives while supporting day-to-day gym operations across two locations.

Qualifications

• Proven consultative sales ability with a strong track record of achieving conversion targets.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline.
• Experience developing B2B partnerships and generating new business opportunities.
• Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
• Exceptional communication and influencing ability.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Able to balance commercial priorities with operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
• Active interest in strength training; Personal Training certificate not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire sales journey from first enquiry through client onboarding.
• Deliver high-quality consultations that identify client goals and prescribe UP solutions.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline with timely follow-ups via calls, emails and messages.
• Re-engage inactive leads to maximize conversions.
• Identify opportunities for referrals, renewals and additional services.
• Maintain forecasting and pipeline reporting through CRM.
• Deliver monthly client acquisition aligned with targets.
• Collaborate with Trainers and Gym Managers for seamless onboarding.
