• Maintain retention through excellent customer service to members and non-members.
• Drive new memberships sales daily, weekly and monthly.
• Engage in lead generation activities and stay target-driven.
• Address member queries with solution-oriented approach.
• Demonstrate a positive, can-do mindset.
