- Senior leadership experience in fitness, health clubs, hospitality or membership-based businesses.
- Proven track record managing multi-site commercial operations.
- Strong background in membership sales models and corporate partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Own membership acquisition, conversion and retention across all branches.
- Design and manage a performance-driven sales system with clear KPIs.
- Lead negotiations for corporate memberships and sponsorships.
- Drive retail and ancillary revenue and pricing strategy.
- Deliver monthly commercial insights to senior leadership.
