Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and revenue generation.
• Strong network within the UAE business and investor ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development and client acquisition plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate services, financial advisory, and consulting solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, investors and senior stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations for high-value contracts, partnerships and strategic engagements.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through deal closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.
• Represent the organization at networking events, conferences and industry forums.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
• Mentor and guide junior business development professionals to enhance team performance.
• Develop customized solutions tailored to client requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
