Job summary

Property Finder seeks an AI Strategist to lead end-to-end AI engagements for top clients in the MENA region. You will identify business problems, define AI solutions, and guide Forward Deployed Engineers from concept to live adoption, measuring impact with the client leadership.

You’ll operate as a senior, business-minded advisor, bridging client needs and engineering, reading data models, prototyping workflows, and explaining trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in senior roles at top-tier consulting or equivalent technology deployments.
• 3+ years in a management consulting-level engagement manager/project leader capacity.
• Hands-on with AI: scoped or shipped LLM-based tools or agents and understands evaluation and adoption.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving; comfortable with SQL and spreadsheets.
• Working technical literacy: APIs, data pipelines, CRM systems; capable of architectural dialogue.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; can present to CEO-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted client relationships with owners, MDs, and operating teams.
• Run discovery to map client listings, leads, agents, and market dynamics for AI impact.
• Define and prioritise use cases with business cases, targets, and success criteria.
• Own the engagement plan, backlog, and milestones; align with client decision-makers.
• Act as product manager for the development pod; set priorities and unblock engineering.
• Move solutions from prototype to production and ensure adoption and measurable impact.
• Measure impact with analytics and report outcomes to client leadership.
