Job summary

Client of Discovered MENA, a Dubai-based technology business, is seeking a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to own the full lifecycle from architecture to production operations. You'll design and build AI agent applications with self-hosted LLMs, ensure privacy, security, and control, and create end-to-end workflows and backend services for production readiness.

In collaboration with Product and Engineering, you will translate complex requirements into commercial AI products, lead technical direction,

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience across AI or ML engineering.
• Hands-on with production-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI systems.
• Deploying self-hosted LLMs in private or on-prem environments.
• Strong Python skills and scalable AI workflows.
• Experience with LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral, GPT, Claude) and frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI or MCP-based architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agent applications using self-hosted LLMs for enterprise use.
• Own deployment, monitoring, versioning, performance optimisation and CI/CD across the AI lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into production AI systems.
