Job summary

International Free Zone Authority (IFZA) is seeking a Client Experience Agent – Reception to be the first point of contact for partners, clients and visitors at the Dubai HQ. The role requires a proactive, customer-driven attitude with high attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.

You will support smooth reception operations, maintain up-to-date knowledge of IFZA products and services, and deliver courteous assistance while coordinating with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first contact at IFZA Reception for partners, clients and visitors.
• Support smooth operations of the IFZA HQ reception and client experience.
• Maintain knowledge of IFZA products/services to address queries efficiently.
• Provide prompt, courteous client assistance and liaise with other departments as needed.
• Handle client services including document collection, attestation, mail‑management, and room bookings.
• Maintain confidentiality of client data and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate internal/external document shipments and manage schedules.
• Present a professional image and uphold grooming standards.
• Foster relationships and promote company culture and values.
