Job summary

Audemars Piguet in Dubai seeks a Client Experience professional to deliver a highly personalized AP House journey for high‑net‑worth clients, ensuring discretion, warmth and impeccable service. You will coordinate client visits, plan weekly activations, and collaborate with CRM, Retail and Marketing to elevate brand storytelling and client loyalty.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
  • Fluent English language skills; Arabic a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer management skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver personalized client experiences.
  • Excellent communication with high-end clientele.
  • Strong understanding of luxury standards and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a highly personalized and seamless client journey reflecting AP hospitality standards and attention to detail.
  • Act as a key point of coordination for client visits, ensuring smooth appointment management and tailored experiences.
  • Anticipate client needs and provide bespoke hospitality services, ensuring comfort, discretion, and emotional engagement.
  • Manage client feedback and identify opportunities to enhance experience quality.
  • Ensure interactions reinforce brand perception and client loyalty.
  • Foster collaboration with boutique and AP House teams for a consistent client experience.
  • Maintain proactive communication with all stakeholders involved in client experience delivery.
  • Be a role model in hospitality, service excellence, and team support.
  • Support the Deputy House Director Hospitality in coordinating the team and service delivery.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute weekly client activations aligned with brand standards.
  • Collaborate with CRM, Retail, Marketing to engage clients.
  • Ensure AP House readiness, including cleanliness and setup.
  • Adhere to AP dress code and grooming guidelines.

AP Brand and Watch Industry Proficiency

  • Demonstrate mastery of AP brand fundamentals, our rich history and heritage, as well as the specificities of our products and services, providing expert knowledge to clients
  • Proactively enhance your knowledge and skills by staying abreast of evolving industry trends and best practices
  • Leverage storytelling and general culture to create meaningful and personalized connections with clients
  • Continuously develop knowledge of luxury trends, hospitality standards, and client expectations
Client Experience
  • Deliver a highly personalized and seamless client journey, ensuring every interaction reflects AP hospitality standards and attention to detail
  • Act as a key point of coordination for client visits, ensuring smooth appointment management and tailored experiences
  • Anticipate client needs and provide bespoke hospitality services, ensuring comfort, discretion, and emotional engagement

Team Relations
  • Foster close collaboration with boutique and AP House teams to ensure a consistent and aligned client experience

  • Act as a role model in hospitality, service excellence, and team support
  • Support the Deputy House Director Hospitality in ensuring smooth team coordination and service delivery
Business Performance and Development
  • Support the organization and delivery of events, including logistics, client journey, and on-site experience execution
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute weekly client activations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and client expectations, reflecting a consistent, high-quality and immersive brand experience
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (CRM, Retail, Marketing) to ensure client engagement and participation
  • Contribute ideas and proposals to continuously renew and elevate the AP House experience offering
  • Ensure the overall readiness and presentation of the AP House, including cleanliness, organization, and hospitality set-up
Operational Excellence
  • Ensure compliance with all AP company policies, procedures, and guidelines, including security and safety protocols
  • Adhere to AP Dress Code and Grooming Guidelines, and ensure your behaviors are aligned with the group standards ensuring you are role models in the Luxury industry
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality is a must
  • Fluent English language skills are a must, Arabic a plus
  • Great sense of initiative
