Job summary

Audemars Piguet in Dubai seeks a Boutique Admin to provide organizational and administrative support, coordinating staff, inventory, and financial transactions within the boutique. You will act as a reference point for logistics and administration with the affiliate and ensure brand standards in every interaction.

The role requires experience in luxury retail and proficiency with retail systems. Fluency in English is essential, Arabic is a plus, and you will operate in a fast-paced, premium

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years in high-end Retail or luxury watch industry.
• Proficient in operating complex retail management systems and POS software.
• Fluent English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Strong initiative with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Principal mission

As a Boutique Admin you take a role in the success of the boutique by providing organizational and administrative support. You execute all tasks and activities that are assigned to you efficiently within the given time frames. You demonstrate autonomy and act as a person of reference for all subjects related to logistics and administration with the affiliate.

Responsibilities

AP Brand and Watch Industry Proficiency

• Demonstrate mastery of AP brand fundamentals our rich history and heritage as well as the specificities of our watch collections watch references their main features prices and sales pitches in order to convey the uniqueness of our brand to new and existing clients
• Stay up-to-date on competitors products and industry trends in order to provide valuable insights to clients and guide them in making informed purchasing decisions
• Proactively enhance your knowledge and skills by staying abreast of evolving industry trends and best practices

Business Performance and Development

• Maintain proper documentation of boutique operations while seamlessly coordinating staff schedules and events
• Lead and coordinate all financial transactions within the boutique acting as the central liaison between the boutique and the finance team
• Serve as the operational control tower for financial reporting to ensure accuracy compliance and seamless communication across departments
• Proactively monitor system performance resolve transactional issues and uphold operational excellence at every customer touchpoint
• Oversee the boutiques procurement and inventory with precision ensuring optimal stock levels timely replenishments and accurate record-keeping
• Maintain consistent and professional communication with all service providers to ensure flawless boutique functionality and uninterrupted operations
• Oversee the reception of deliveries with precision and care ensuring each item aligns with purchase orders and Brand specifications
• Uphold best practices of product storage display transitions and inventory audits in alignment with the Brands operational standards
• Manage incoming boutique calls delivering courteous and brand-aligned customer service with every interaction
• Master the different technical and IT applications related to all Aftersales operations (M3 CRM CS Workflow etc)
• Facilitate seamless and precise coordination with different stakeholders (CS centers boutiques Local affiliates and HQ team)
• Contribute to maintain stores appearance

Operational Excellence

• Stay up-to-date and ensure full compliance with AP company policies and internal procedures in regards to IT tools security retail operations administration and data protection regulations
• Adhere to AP Dress Code and Grooming Guidelines and ensure your behaviors are aligned with the group standards ensuring you are role models in the Luxury industry
• Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure that all operational tasks are completed on time and to a high standard

Ensure that all actions transactions and decisions are in line with AP company practices and legal requirements. Work with transparency integrity and respect for people and company property. Take accountability for all your actions.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a high-end Retail environmentluxury watch industry is a plus
• Proven proficiency in operating complex retail management systems and point-of-sale software
• Fluent English language skills are a must Arabic a plus
