FIVE STARS GYM in Dubai is seeking a Client Advisor. This full-time, on-site role focuses on converting inquiries into memberships, guiding tours, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

You will handle inquiries across channels, maintain records, and drive monthly sales targets with a premium service approach. The ideal candidate is confident, well-presented, organized, and fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Handle inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, Instagram, walk-ins, and other channels.
• Follow up with potential clients consistently and professionally.
• Convert inquiries and visits into paid memberships and class packages.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, visits, memberships, and sales.
• Follow the company's sales process and meet monthly sales targets.
• Support membership renewals and client retention.
• Handle check-ins and ensure a smooth member experience.
• Coordinate with trainers and management when required.
• Maintain a clean, premium reception area and daily operations.
• Report daily inquiries and sales to management.

This Full time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth.

The Client Advisor will be responsible for creating an exceptional first impression for every visitor, understanding prospective clients' needs, presenting the FIVE STARS experience, converting inquiries into memberships, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This is a sales-focused client-facing position. We are looking for someone confident, well-presented, communicative, organized, and comfortable speaking with clients from different backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and professionally assist all clients and visitors.
• Conduct facility tours, assign tours to support team and confidently present the facilities, equipment, classes, and overall FIVE STARS experience.
• Understand each client's fitness goals and recommend the most suitable membership or service.
• Handle inquiries received through WhatsApp, phone calls, Instagram, walk-ins, and all other channels.
• Follow up with potential clients consistently and professionally.
• Convert inquiries and gym visits into paid memberships and class packages.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, visits, memberships, and sales.
• Follow the company's sales process and meet monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships ( only work related relationships ) with existing members and assist with their requests.
• Support membership renewals and encourage long-term client retention.
• Handle check-ins and ensure a smooth experience for members entering the facility.
• Coordinate with trainers and management when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and premium reception/client area.
• Handle basic administrative responsibilities related to client accounts and daily operations.
• Report daily inquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and sales to management.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and service standards are followed at all times.

Important: This is not purely a receptionist position. The successful candidate will be expected to actively contribute to the growth of FIVE STARS through sales, follow-ups, client relationships, and exceptional service.

Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
