Job summary

MyPT in Dubai is seeking a Membership Consultant cum Front of House to be the face of our club. You will promote memberships, conduct tours, and deliver outstanding customer service to help members achieve their fitness goals.

The role requires 1–3 years in membership sales or hospitality, excellent English, and the ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends. Arabic is a plus; female candidates are encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in membership or customer-service roles, fitness industry preferred.
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic a plus.
• Strong sales, closing and objection-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and act as the face of the club.
• Conduct engaging club tours and persuasive sales presentations.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and social media.
• Meet monthly sales and KPI targets and demonstrate confidentiality.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in membership sales, fitness club sales, hospitality, or customer service (fitness industry experience preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or additional languages are an advantage).
• Strong sales, negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and confident personality.
• Passion for health, fitness, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to conduct engaging club tours and persuasive sales presentations.
• Experience handling enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).
