Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients in-person and over the phone.
• Handle front-of-house duties and coordinate appointments and events.
• Gather and relay client feedback; support marketing initiatives and loyalty programs.
• Manage reception, greet guests, and handle inquiries; coordinate meeting room bookings.
• Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail and courier packages; support overall client experience.
