NextCare Urgent Care is seeking a Claims Senior Agent in Dubai to respond to inquiries and manage the claims cycle for Travel & Assistance products. You will ensure timely processing, policy checks, and service excellence while collaborating with the Travel & Assistance team and management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in customer service or insurance/travel operations, and fluency in English. Arabic and French are a plus, with strong MS Office and typing skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in any area.
• 3+ years Customer Service and/or Insurance / Travel Operations experience.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Fluency in Arabic (1st), French (2nd) is a plus.
• Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general internet navigation and research skills.
• Fluency in typing.
• Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
• Physically fit to carry out duties.
• AI readiness: work effectively with AI and data analytics.

Aufgaben

• Manage all assigned tasks related to designated line(s) of business as trained. Travel.
• Respond inbound and outbound telephone/e-mail inquiries and ensure call quality monitoring.
• Document details of conversations and actions taken (notes, new tickets).
• Claims evaluation and processing activities such as policy checks, claims creation, and following up on ongoing claims.
• Assist callers on claims process, policy terms and conditions.
• Cancel or amend policies per customer requests per guidelines.
• Follow complaints and escalation process and log in system with actions and resolutions.
• Create files and update service providers on the portal.
• Record tasks in productivity file and share with management.
• Meet KPIs (Quantity and Quality) and attendance; attend trainings and meetings.
