Khidmah is seeking a Civil Engineer to oversee civil works related to project handover, snagging, de-snagging, and DLP activities. You will ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards while coordinating with contractors and FM operations teams.

You will monitor inspections, track outstanding snags, verify defect rectification, and help close handover packages for residential or infrastructure projects. Experience in DLP management and building process is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited institution.
• Accredited by a recognized institution.
• Master’s degree in civil engineering or Facility Management is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct inspections of buildings, infrastructure, and common areas to identify defects during project handover.
• Oversee snagging, de-snagging, and defect rectification to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Monitor contractors to close outstanding snags within deadlines.
• Verify rectification works before acceptance and handover.
• Coordinate with PMs/contractors/FM teams to ensure timely closure during DLP.
• Monitor DLP defects and supervise related activities.
